Tyson grew up on a farm in Minnesota and from a young age, helped take care of cows, sheep, pigs, fox, and chickens. He was a fourth generation 4-H member and participated in FFA. In these organizations, he developed a passion for agriculture and decided his life would revolve around helping farmers succeed in their operations. Tyson worked for a crop consulting firm for five years before he chose to set out his own path. He started his own business, AGvantage, in 2014. Tyson believes that a focus on soil health will improve crops, improve yield, and improve financial stability for farms and their families.
